Nice video man! Really interesting! I'm actually curious about one thing. You are speaking about getting good paying clients as a video editor, but it also feels like you need to film the content? Or how do you get the content? From the client itself or do you shoot it as well? Or do you collaborate with a videographer?

Stay far away from this "program"! I tried it, downloaded and installed it. Found out that 85% only works if you take the pro version for over 100$ a year. So i deleted it the official way. To make shure it WAS deleted i used findanyfile to check. And....found 114 files still connected to capcut!! I could delete more then have of it in the finder, but the rest is still there!!! In the most impossible places and (!!) protected files. And those you cant get rid of. So once installed, youre stock with it. Like a virus!!

When a company like this goes to SO much trouble to hide the costs of his product, alarmbells should go off! Even in their search function not one word about their pricing! Are you going to buy the product or is it a rental? You dont know. Only after you click “pro version” you still dont know! First they want your email, and they ask for that many times! Please subscribe, gimme your email. You want our free newsletter? Gimme your email. Even if you click you want to buy (??) the pro versions you still dont know! First gimme your email! Then they want your creditcard information, but you STILL dont know if your buying something or just “renting”. Only AFTER you gave them everything they want they tell you it is a subcription deal, and not a cheap deal eigther! But STILL no info IF you can cancle and when you can cancle!! After a month? After a year? You just dont know. Then the program. Yes they have HUNDREDS of effects! But if you take one effect, bumping from left to right and then make that effect in 50 colors, and add the same effect bumping from right to left, its easy to get hundreds of effects. What bothers me most. I started with a clip of 3 minutes, just to test. In 4K HDR quality, with perfect sound. In the end when you export that perfect footage, you end up with a quality that might be just a little bit better then a VHS tape from the seventies! So maybe this is a perfect program for kiddies living their life on tiktok. If your really serious about editting, stay away. And PLEASE, before you start to download, go behind a VPN and first make a emailadres on hotmail that you wont use for anything else. They are just TO keen to get your information!

Capcut is not free

So you’re saying that the software that Adobe software engineers and an entire team of programmers, graphic designers and developers, spent years and years to develop until it got to where it is right now, you can teach it in 13 minutes?! 13 fucking minutes!!!

im american and yea its a little bit better than when i lived in europe but people depising success and having poor mony psychology is a global phenom. these kids are way wiser than I was at that age lol

i was 16 in 1996 and youtube and half of these jobs didn't exist. Im currently getting into editing to eventually freelance and also finally became financialy literate through Ramit Sethi at IWT. Everything in this video about investing in yourself and having confidence is SPOT ON. Ive done television, film and music. Been signed to agencies and had a very good time and made money with the same pricinples in this vid. the only nitpick I would add is when Vince talked about not investin in a S&P. actually you should definitely invest in that (or any low risk low maintenance fee investing) AND your business(and your education). if you start investing in your 20s or in this case these guys, in your teens.....you give yourself 40 to 50 years of interest compounding. you'd be a millionaire with way less effort and money than its taking me since I am starting late. or even better you can retire in 25 years and be done working and living off interest at age 45 or sooner. its simple math and low risk investing too. if anyone wants the numbers let me know its quite simple. much success to all

Hello, great tut! I have question: Is possible listening sound track, when moving head over video sequence? I mean when editing clip, and fast forwarding over video track I need listening audio trac together (in quick speed of course). Is this possible in CapCut?
